When you submit an enquiry or property appraisal request through this website, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, phone number, email address, and property address. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and provide the services you have requested. We do not sell or share this information with third parties, except where required to provide the service you have requested (such as engaging with relevant suburb data providers) or where required by law.
Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data the comments form shows, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After we approve your comment, the public can see your profile picture alongside it.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images that include embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
